A great organization I'm supporting this year: Donors Choose

2025 has been an exciting year at Blue Birch Consulting. It’s good to take a moment to reflect on the year and determine how to give back and show gratitude. 

We have had the privilege of partnering with many organizations to strengthen leadership teams, align people to the organizational goals, help leaders navigate change and coach individuals and teams to be the best they can be for their people. We have worked with companies in the Fintech and Healthtech spaces, Procurement and Distribution, Aviation and Construction Engineering, Therapy and High Level Care, Finance, Private Equity and many others. While the industries may vary, the common theme is the desire to invest in talent and the recognition that people are the differentiator. 

We are excited about the work we get to do everyday and we want to thank and honor our clients by giving back to the community in their name. As we have done in years past, we have selected Donors Choose as the organization to support this year. Donors Choose is a crowdfunding platform that connects public school teachers with donors to fund classroom projects and resources. Through this platform, one can choose a project(s) that resonates. As in years past, we have chosen classrooms that focus on building future leaders. Here are the two classroom projects Blue Birch Consulting is supporting this year:

1. Building Future Leaders: Empowering Student Voice Through Leadership: This project focuses on supporting one school’s student council to help develop key life skills including teamwork, communication and responsibility

2. Let’s Motivate: Building Confident Leaders Through Girl Talk: A middle school mentorship program for young women to empower them by helping them to better understand their leadership styles, characteristics and approaches and providing them with opportunities to apply these skills in real life situations.

These are programs so aligned with the work we do at Blue Birch Consulting that it felt like the best way to honor and thank our clients, colleagues and friends for all of the support you have given us this year and in years past.
