We provide coaching from the C-Suite to the front-line leader. Often people are put into leadership roles because of their success as an individual contributor. Unfortunately, what it takes to be successful technically is very different from what it takes to be a successful leader. We partner with leaders to maximize their effectiveness, regardless of role/level, by ensuring they have a growth mindset and self-awareness as a starting point. We work with leaders who are poised for growth and recognize that continued investment in their development will set them up for future success.

Here is the process of working together: 

  • Get to know you conversation

  • Collect and Share feedback from multiplesources

  • Meet with coachee and their leader to align 

  • Provide structured Leadership Coaching (six months minimum)

  • Conduct check-in points along the way with leaders and their managers
