We believe Culture starts at the top of the organization so, when possible, we focus on strengthening C-suite leadership teams first to guide the organization and ensure senior leaders are leading in alignment to Values by partnering with teams to:

  • Delve into who is sitting at the table

  • Learn how the people sitting at the table come together to lead the organization

  • Understand what is working well with team dynamics and what could be better

  • Talk about trust, productive conflict, creating commitment and driving accountability to achieve results

  • Create Group Norms or Team Codes to help create guidelines  for these teams

  • Develop a plan of action and follow up on outcomes from team sessions to ensure accountability
