In addition to developing individual leaders, we recognize the importance of high-functioning teams to the success of any company. We believe Culture starts at the top of the organization so, when possible, we focus on strengthening leadership teams first to guide the organization and ensure senior leaders are leading in alignment to Values by:


  • Understanding who is sitting at the table

  • Learning how the people sitting at the table come together to lead the organization

  • Setting Group Norms or Team Codes to help create accountability for these teams

  • Cascading culture down the organization


We also focus on intact work teams at all levels of the organization to optimize their effectiveness in working together by following the same process outlined above. 


We use a combination of assessment tools (where appropriate) and working sessions to drive these processes which result in actionable steps for the team to take to better align and drive desired Culture throughout the organization.
