LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
& EXECUTIVE COACHING

We provide coaching from the C-Suite to the front-line leader. Often times people are put into leadership roles because of their success as an individual contributor. Unfortunately, what it takes to be successful technically is very different than what it takes to be a successful leader. We partner with leaders to maximize their effectiveness, regardless of role/level, by ensuring they have a growth mindset and self-awareness as a starting point. We work with leaders who are poised for growth and recognize that continued investment in their development will set them up for future success.

How it often goes ...

  • Get to know your conversation

  • Sharing feedback from different sources

  • Meet with coachee and their leader to align

  • Coaching (three to six months minimum)

  • Have check-in points along the way with leaders and their managers

Assessments are one of the fundamental ways that we engage with our clients to get baseline feedback on key strengths and key development areas. We believe that getting insight to build self awareness is an essential foundation for development and growth for a leader.
