About Suzanne Sitrin
Suzanne Sitrin is a Leadership and Talent Optimization expert with 30 years of experience working with leaders across all industries in private and public companies in Chicago and across the U.S. With a broad background as a leader within organizations, as well as a management consultant, Suzanne understands the dynamics of individual leaders, teams and organizations and the inherent challenges and opportunities that arise.
In addition to bringing three decades of experience to building your leadership culture, she is your committed thought partner, trusted advisor, and support system through a flexible approach customized to put you on a path to success.
Suzanne has a Masters in Management in Change Management and Organization Behavior from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from The Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
Suzanne lives in Chicago with her husband, two almost adult children (who are just about off on their own), and their two Doodles, Lambeau and Finley...yes, she is an avid Green Bay Packers fan.
